What services does The Villa Photo Booth offer?

We offer a fully equipped photo booth experience, including professional-grade cameras, fun props, customizable backdrops, instant prints, and digital photo galleries. We cater to all types of events, from weddings and birthdays to corporate functions and private parties.

How do I book The Villa Photo Booth for my event?

Booking is simple! Just fill out the form or email us at TheVillaBooth@gmail.com. We’ll discuss the details of your event, check availability, and help you choose the best package for your needs. A deposit is required to secure your date.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Rhode Island and Surrounding Areas. If your event is outside this area, please reach out we’re happy to discuss travel arrangements!

How long does it take to set up the photo booth?

Our team typically arrives 60-90 minutes before your event to set up the photo booth. This ensures everything is perfectly in place by the time your guests arrive.This time won’t effect the hours you picked.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If The Villa Photo Booth needs to cancel, all payments will be fully refunded.

How much space is needed?

We need a 10×10 space with a power outlet within 20 feet.

What happens if something gets damaged or stolen during the event?

The client is responsible for any damage or theft of The Villa Photo Booth equipment during the event. In such cases, the client will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement, plus an additional fee equivalent to the event cost for the hours booked.

How soon will we receive the digital copies of the photos?

You will receive a link to your digital gallery shorty after your event . This gallery will include all the photos taken during the event, perfect for sharing with guests. (Individual pictures are send immediately!)

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, our photo booth can be set up outdoors, provided there is a stable, covered area to protect the equipment from weather conditions. We also require access to a power source.

Do you provide custom backdrops or props?

Absolutely! We offer a range of backdrops and props, and we can also create custom options to match your event theme. Let us know your vision, and we’ll work to bring it to life.

Is there a fee for rescheduling an event?

Yes, there is a fee for rescheduling an event, and it is subject to our availability. We understand that plans can change, so we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

What does "Unlimited Sessions" mean?

Guests can take as many photo sessions as they’d like throughout your event no limit! For each session, we provide 2 printed copies to help keep the line moving (if you’d like more prints, simply hop back in for another session). Digital photos are unlimited  every photo taken will also be available in your personal online gallery and can be shared instantly via text.
